What about child parties?

YES!! I just started that adventure! Bear with me. So, for the birthday child, I have a few images to choose from. I will have canvases all drawn up BEFORE hand with an image for the attendees to paint. Please remember to let me know of your painting choice well before the party so I have enough pre-drawn canvases ready before the day of the party. Also like all other parties, I will set up, take down, and encourage the children while keeping the whole area as clean as I possibly can! (Wink, Wink) I can not promise paint won’t get in mouths, ears, clothes, and accidentally on floors! But I am there and will be the first to clean up as well as I can. I use a water-based paints so it should clean up quickly. I also supply aprons for the children.

Child Parties: What are pre-drawn images?

Pre-drawn images are something new I’m working on so my inventory on images are super low right now. But basically it is an image already drawn out on the canvas for your child to paint. At the party, all the children can sit down and they know exactly what to do and can color the painting however they see fit. At this time, I am taking orders for images that you know your child would love to paint at their party. (For example: for a 6 year old birthday party, the birthday girl wanted a unicorn and rainbow. I then created an image for that party.)

I understand that when it comes to choosing an image for your child’s paint party it can be quite nerve racking with boys and girls attending and you just want to please everyone. With that I am very lenient, but please remember how much work goes into this even before the party starts. What I would prefer is choosing one image and then I would arrive at the party with a predesignated number of canvases all drawn out with that image for everyone to paint. Well, I know sometimes it doesn’t always work out that way. With that said, please contact me about possibly having 2 images for the children to choose from.

ALSO REMEMBER, that i will not be creating custom on the spot images on canvases the day of the party. For example, if everyone is painting dinosaurs and there is a kid who asks to paint a spaceship, I will not stop everything I am doing and draw out a spaceship. You know what happens next. Then every kid will want their own image and my life with then become my nightmare.

What do I need to provide? What do you provide?

If you are the host of the party, you will need to provide the space and enough table top room for your guests! Please, don’t scrunch in your guests. Giving them plenty of room will ensure their safety and comfort during this unusual pandemic. You might want to provide some snacks and drinks. (Personally, when I have hosted I divided up the food and drink responsibilities to everyone in my party.) 

I will provide ALL of the painting tools and materials including a table cloth covering, aprons, easels, pallets, paint, canvas, etc. I will set it all up and take it all down. You will need to do nothing with the art segment of your party, except have fun!
